Activities

We offer our guests a true Tofino, West Coast experience with activities ranging from visiting some natural hot springs in a beautiful temperate rainforest to exploring the coastline in search of wildlife with Bears, Whales, Seals and many other animals to be seen and activities to do!

Fishing trips, Surf lessons, Relaxing Massages, a visit to Hot Spring Cove, Scenic Air Flights, Bear/Whale Watching, Sky-Diving,Local walks/Trails.

Rooms & Rates
​
Green Cedar Retreat offers a choice of either a Queen or Twin suite with an en-suite bathroom. Included in the suite is a fridge, TV, clothes rack, very fast Wi-Fi and complimentary teas/coffees.
We also offer clean and comfortable twin rooms that have a shared bathroom options which are great value for money and would be a great option for larger group bookings (subject to availability).

This lodge can reserve multiple rooms for larger group bookings but can also be segregated for couples wishing to have privacy for a relaxing west coast trip.
​
Please note: Smoking is not permitted in the rooms/suites but it is permitted in the communal areas of the house.

Location
​
There are multiple ways of getting to Tofino. The quickest would be to fly directly into Tofino’s long beach airport (YAZ) and catch a quick shuttle directly to Green Cedar Retreat. Driving takes a little longer but offers some amazing scenery.
​
The recommended Ferry would be from Horseshoe Bay located North of Vancouver.
​
Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal is south of Vancouver and is also a 2 hour sailing which then arrives at Duke point - 20 minutes south of Nanaimo. There is also a ferry to Swartz Bay which is not recommended as it'll take around 4-5 hours to reach Tofino and the other options mentioned are much quicker.
